As long as your personal details (Name, Nationality, Gender, Date of Birth) remain exactly the same and the visa type still matches your travel purpose, you can travel with both your old and new passports. However, any discrepancy in your personal details requires you to apply for a brand new visa.

Head east on FL-60 E (Clearwater Memorial Causeway). Turn right onto S Fort Harrison Ave, and then turn left onto Pinellas St.

Drive south on US-19 Alt S (Clearwater-Largo Rd). Continue straight into downtown Clearwater, turn right onto Pinellas St.
From the South (Largo & Seminole)
Head north on US-19 Alt N (Clearwater-Largo Rd) toward Clearwater. Turn left onto Pinellas St just before reaching the downtown center.
